Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will support patient-centered treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and promote functional independence. You will document progress, collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families, all within a nurturing, high-quality, and growth-oriented healthcare environment.
