ChristianaCare seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings, creating evidence-based, individualized care plans to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs.
