As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, educate patients and families, contribute to discharge planning, and participate in continuous improvement, specialty training, and career development opportunities.
