Cardiac Sonography - Cardiac Sonographer - $2500 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - One year of experience as a cardiac sonographer, performing echocardiograms. - Familiarity with bubble study and ultrasound enhancing agents (Definity). - Independently perform daily inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Stress testing experience is highly preferred.

Unit Details: - Uses Philips ultrasound equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day shift may be 4x10 or 5x8, to be determined at interview. - Weekend hours as requested; willingness to work Saturdays preferred. - No call.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
