Full job description

Drive your own car to help people get to non-emergency medical appointments around Arizona. No commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Choose your own hours, with most trips between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Eligible new Phoenix drivers can earn up to $2,500 in sign-on rewards, subject to trip and timing requirements. A $10,000 earnings guarantee is available for your first 600 qualifying trips completed within 100 days of activation, subject to a 90% acceptance rate and other eligibility requirements. This is an independent contractor opportunity using your own vehicle. No commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. You must have at least three years of U.S. driving history and complete Veyo's screening, vehicle inspection and required training before taking trips.

Requirements to Apply

  • Minimum of 3 years of driving history in the US
  • No more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background check (no felonies in the past seven years)
  • Valid vehicle insurance and registration
  • A 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer*
  • Own an iPhone or Android smartphone

How It Works
