Position Requirements

2 years of current PT experience – REQUIRED Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) – REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Previous

rehab experience – REQUIRED Previous travel experience

strongly preferred Active

Massachusetts PT license or compact license AHA BLS – REQUIRED

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Must work

five 8-hour shifts 10- or 12-hour shifts are NOT available Travel Requirements

Travelers living

within 50 miles of the facility are NOT eligible Permanent address
