OB Hospitalist (MD/DO)

to join our well-established, highly collaborative

OB Hospitalist program at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center

in

Bellingham, Washington . Position Highlights Inpatient-only OB Hospitalist / Laborist role

No call

- shift-based model offers exceptional work-life balance

Certified

OB Emergency Department

with hospitalist-led triage,

well-established Certified Nurse Midwife program ,

dedicated OB anesthesia , two OB operating rooms

Compensation & Benefits 1.0 FTE: $369,657.60 annually (160 shifts/year); shift-based salary model

inpatient triage, unassigned patient care, and obstetric emergency coverage (>20 weeks)

active OB simulation program, Blue Distinction Center of Excellence

designation, and participation in the

WSHA Perinatal Safety Roadmap . Ideal Candidate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN

with OB Hospitalist experience preferred

Collaborative, confident clinician who enjoys

team-based care

with CNMs and nursing staff

Comfortable managing high-acuity obstetrics while maintaining a

predictable, shift-based schedule

BLS certification required ;

ACLS preferred

(or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
