LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with therapies under RN and physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and support safe discharges.
