AHN Neighborhood Hospital seeks a Step-Down RN to provide high-quality care for intermediate-acuity patients in our PCU/Telemetry unit. In this role, you will perform continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring, complete comprehensive assessments, administer IV medications, and manage complex care plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
