Your Shift

• Hours: 4 PM – 12 AM
• Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
• Pay: $17.30/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available)
• Location: Glen Raven Custom Fabrics – Anderson, SC

What You’ll Do

You'll help keep the weaving line running by:

• Loading, inserting, and splicing filling yarn packages to keep machines running.
• Patrolling machines for fabric defects and flagging any that need attention from the technical team.
• Repairing end breaks and following all safety practices to protect yourself and your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills to catch quality issues before they become problems.
• Ability to read instructions, communicate with your team, and work well with others.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent stepping up and down from the weaving platform.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Manufacturing Floor: The facility is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary depending on the season.
• Hearing Protection: Noise levels require hearing protection to be worn on the floor.
• Standing & Walking: Expect to be on your feet moving around your machine for most of the shift.
• Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required.
