Rehab Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a Rehab Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will complete evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver goal-directed interventions to improve function, safety, and independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and support quality, safety, and performance-improvement initiatives in a mission-driven environment.
