Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage complex conditions, and provide patient and family education.
