As a Nurse Navigator – Specialty at Mercy, you will guide patients and families through complex specialty care, serving as a central point of contact from referral through follow-up. You’ll coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and treatments, provide evidence-based education, and help patients overcome barriers related to access, insurance, and resources. Collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you’ll support care plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure a seamless, compassionate experience that reflects Mercy’s mission of personalized, high-quality care.
