Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg Neuro Trauma unit. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based care to neuro and trauma patients, including assessments, medication administration, wound and post-surgical care, and coordination of interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EHR, and respond to changes in condition.
