Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in VT and NH, or hold an unencumbered compact license
• One year of experience as a PT in a home healthcare setting
