Job Description & Requirements Hospitalist Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity: ·
Schedule:
7p-7a and 7a-7p ·
Total census per provider per shift: 48 beds ·
Procedures required: Standard ·
Electronic Medical Record: EPIC ·
Support: Advanced Practitioners support ·
Certifications and license required:
Active Washington state medical license,
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). ·
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
