Full job description

Our client is looking for an experienced General Store Manager to run their 30k sf, high-volume specialty retail location.

General Store Manager compensation:

Salary of $150k+ and bonus potential
Medical, dental, vision, 401k
Paid time off

General Store Manager responsibilities

Drive store sales, profit, and payroll performance; analyze P&L to improve profitability and reduce costs
Identify, communicate, and resolve store issues; escalate to District/Home Office as needed
Lead daily operations, including floor supervision and opening/closing procedures
Oversee freight flow, inventory control, and asset tracking
Ensure execution of advertising setups and visual merchandising standards
Manage staffing, hiring, scheduling, and training to maintain strong customer service
Coach and develop all team members on operations, customer satisfaction, and solution selling
Handle HR matters in compliance with guidelines; partner with HR leadership when required

General Store Manager requirements:

5+ years of big box retail store manager experience with 100+ employees
Experience with consumer electronics is highly desired
Experience running all aspects of the store including sales floor, warehouse, and full P&L
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
