What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and optimize daily ready mix operations across multiple facilities to achieve safety, production, quality, and customer service objectives.
- Drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and accountability.
- Collaborate with plant, sales, dispatch, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve productivity and profitability.
- Develop, coach, and support employees while fostering engagement, teamwork, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability to lead multi-site operations and deliver strong business results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, workforce planning, safety programs, and performance management practices.
- Proven ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and implement effective operational improvements.
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Commitment to developing teams, promoting inclusion, and supporting a customer-focused culture.
Work Environment
- Primarily field-based with regular travel between ready mix locations and customer sites.
- Combination of office, plant, and outdoor work environments with exposure to varying weather conditions and operational equipment.
- Requires the ability to respond to business needs, operational priorities, and occasional after-hours situations.

- $120,000-$130,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
