<p><b>Apply for tomorrow’s opportunity today, with Volt</b> </p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring Shipping & Receiving Clerk 1st Shift in Amherst, NH.</b></p> <p><b>As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk 1st Shift, you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies.</li> <li>Assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.</li> <li>Assures shipping counts match packing documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies.</li> <li>Identify and help resolve discrepancies between receipts and documentation.</li> <li>Pack customer goods according to customer expectations.</li> <li>Receives and unpacks deliveries of customer product.</li> <li>Recognize gross defects in customer product.</li> <li>Verifies proper count and content of deliveries against packing slip.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a Full time, Contract to Hire opportunity.</b></p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma / GED Required.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Load/unload trucks manually or with powered lift / forklift.</li> <li>Operate precision measuring instruments and record results.</li> <li>Process shipping orders by withdrawing from stock, weighing, packing, and labeling materials for shipment.</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Per hour </b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
