What You Will Accomplish
Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests. Maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room. Clears dishware and flatware as necessary throughout the dinner service. Completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements (i.e. rollups, condiments, etc.) as directed. Provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality. Ensures water glasses are full throughout the meal. Follows all standard food handling, sanitation, RBS and health department guidelines. Must wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Reports potential safety issues to manager whenever observed and takes immediate action to resolve in emergency situations. OSHA laws require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have the potential of risk to your health or safety.
