Full job description
As a Home Provider, you’ll help create that sense of belonging by opening your home and supporting an individual with intellectual disabilities as they build a life filled with connection, growth, and independence.
Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
Approximately $42,500 (federally tax-free)
Ongoing Training & Team Support
We carefully match Home Providers and individuals based on interests, lifestyles, and support needs because the right fit helps everyone thrive.
You enjoy building meaningful relationships.
You see potential in people and enjoy helping them grow.
Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.
Assistance with personal care activities
Medical or physical support needs
Specialized care and monitoring
Initial and ongoing training
Assistance with licensing and program requirements
Ongoing partnership and support
You must be a current resident of the state of Arizona (due to state funding restrictions).
Internet access and basic computer skills
Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training
