Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Plastic Blow Mold Operator to join their team. As a Plastic Blow Mold Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plastic Blow Mold Operator

Location: Woodbury, MN

Pay Range: $32.00 - $36.00/hour

Shift: 10:30PM - 7:00AM; Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

  • Operate plastic blow molding machines to produce containers efficiently and safely
  • Make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality production standards are met
  • Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles and address issues promptly
  • Operate bagger and debagger stations as required
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow mold equipment to minimize downtime

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED Completion
  • One to two years experience operating Plastic Blow Molding Machinery
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations involving units of measure
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, or pull for most of the workday and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work in a wet environment with exposure to dust, gas, or fumes
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
