Caregiver

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential education setting. In this role, you’ll provide daily care, supervision, and academic support while promoting students’ social-emotional growth and life skills. Working within the Education & Training and Community & Social Services departments, you’ll collaborate with teachers, counselors, and houseparents to create a safe, inclusive, and structured environment.
