REGISTERED NURSE

CarePartners seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide skilled home-based care across our Connecticut service area. You’ll support diverse adult and geriatric patients, performing assessments, wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and care coordination. As part of our compassionate, patient-centered team, you’ll collaborate with therapists and caregivers to create and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and promote independence and recovery.
