Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1570 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 7 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Chronic ventilator experience is required. RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation. Candidates with only ICU experience in their work history will not be considered.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, and Cardizem is preferred.

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Assessing acute changes in patients is part of the assignment. EKG use is part of the assignment. RN is responsible for all aspects of tracheostomy care and management; respiratory therapy is available if needed. Adult and geriatric patient population. Patient population includes MI, arrhythmia, CVA, syncope, DKA, CHF, post-pacemaker, stent, EP study, COVID, ESRD, and PE.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. RTO: 7 days maximum.
