RN New Grad/Nurse Residency

Sovah Health is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses for our Nurse Residency program in southern Virginia. In this structured, full-time role, you’ll transition from student to professional nurse through a blend of supervised clinical practice, classroom learning, and simulation. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will provide direct patient care, document in the EHR, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
