Warm family seeking a nurturing, reliable nanny with a focus on Montessori-inspired, child-led care through the 11–24 month stage. Schedule: Mon-Fri (34 hrs/wk) Looking For: Nurturing, engaged caregiver to support language, motor & emotional development; lead Montessori-style and screen-free play; maintain routines; handle feeding/baby-led weaning; outings (parks, walks, library); light baby related tidying & cleaning Requirements: Infant/toddler experience (11–24 mo), CPR/First Aid, up-to-date vaccines, TrustLine (or willing), solids experience, safe sleep knowledge, 2–3+ references, reliable, warm, communicative, dog-friendly.
