Director of Nursing - DSL

Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our Director of Nursing . If you’re passionate about developing clinical teams, delivering exceptional resident care, and leading with integrity, we’d love for you to join our team.

Leadership Responsibilities

· Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel.

· Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.

· Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.

· Partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote the highest standards of resident care.

Qualifications

· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.

· Previous long-term care experience.

· Current CPR/BLS certification.
