Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - IU Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - IU Health.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RNs, allied and ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

Required Skills/Experience: - Specifically looking for an RN with EP experience.

Required Credentials: - Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Left and right heart caths. - Ablations. - Implants - ICD, PPM. - Structural heart: TAVR, LAAO. - Also interventional radiology and peripheral vascular: ports, drains, biopsies, central lines, thrombectomy, PCI, dialysis access issues. - Pre/post area does bedside TEEs and cardioversions.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri. - Call required: roughly one evening per week and every 4th weekend, 30 minute response time. - STEMI call required. - Must work 2/3 major holidays.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
