Distribution Trainer - Temp to Hire

Pay: $25.25/hr

Seeking Distribution Leads (Trainers) to support peak season operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach new and existing associates
  • Reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Monitor training progress and provide feedback
  • Support onboarding and daily operations
  • Assist leadership with staffing and operational needs

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Warehouse/distribution experience preferred
  • Previous training or coaching experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts as needed
  • Ability to travel between Hebron, Walton, and other facilities
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
