Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active PT Illinois license
• 2 years exp.
• Accredited PT program

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Outpatient and rehabilitation setting.
• No local candidates. Must have a verifiable address 50 miles from facility.
• Cover sheet required.
