Encompass Health seeks a Clinical OT Team Leader to guide a dynamic occupational therapy team within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this on-site leadership role, you will provide hands-on patient care while overseeing evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation to ensure exceptional, patient-centered rehab outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, mentor staff, support quality and regulatory standards, and help shape a nurturing, growth-focused environment that reflects our commitment to high-quality rehabilitation care and professional development.
