Collections Agent – Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

$17.00+ Per Hour PLUS an Amazing Commission Structure!

We are currently hiring Collections Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact customers who have missed a payment, educate them on their account status, and help bring their account current by collecting payments and setting up solutions that work for them.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends

What You'll Do:

• Contact customers regarding missed payments
• Explain account information and available payment options
• Collect payments and bring accounts current
• Build rapport while maintaining professionalism
• Utilize training and company resources to overcome objections
• Meet and exceed collection and performance goals
