Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and support a culture grounded in integrity, respect, mentorship, and clinical excellence in senior care.
