Warehouse Associate / Material Handler
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $20.24/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for material handling, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution of products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and accurately store inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Label, meter, and process packages using various freight and shipping systems.
• Process and track orders using the company ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Prepare daily distribution activities to support operational needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow processes and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
