Outpatient Hybrid Adult Therapist

Mindpath Health seeks an Outpatient Hybrid Adult Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients across in-person and virtual settings. In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual therapy using modalities such as CBT and other evidence-based approaches. You’ll collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team, document care in the EHR, and support coordinated, whole-person treatment.
