Minimum Requirements

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home Care Home Base documentation experience required

Assignment Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekends required
No on-call requirement
Coverage area includes Marlboro, Dillon, and Marion counties
