Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. In this hands-on role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a physical therapist, guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and help them safely regain function and independence. You’ll document progress, communicate changes to the care team, and educate patients and families for safe transitions home.
