Associate Attorney

The Advocates – Driggs, Bills & Day seeks an Associate Attorney to join our client‑focused litigation team. In this role, you will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys, participate in depositions and hearings, and maintain regular, compassionate communication with clients.
