CarePartners is seeking an Inpatient Hospice Solace Center Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, expert end-of-life care to patients and families. In this on-site role, you will manage complex symptoms, administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate individualized care plans within our interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate and support families, advocate for patient comfort and dignity, and document care in our EMR.
