You Are:Procure to Pay Configuration Specialist

The Work:

The Oracle Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) Configuration Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting the end‑to‑end P2P process within Oracle ERP. This role ensures that procurement and accounts payable processes operate efficiently, remain compliant, and align with organizational policies and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and support Oracle ERP P2P modules across Purchasing and Accounts Payable
Configure purchasing documents, approval workflows, supplier setups, receiving parameters, payables options, and tax rules
Support end‑to‑end procurement and AP business processes, ensuring alignment with policy and compliance requirements
Write functional specifications, configuration design documents, and test scripts for P2P functionality
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations
Execute testing, validation, and troubleshooting for P2P enhancements and system updates
Provide ongoing production support, including issue analysis, root‑cause diagnosis, and resolution
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and system enhancements across the P2P lifecycle
Work effectively within Agile or waterfall delivery environments

Here’s What You Need:

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP P2P modules (EBS R12 or Fusion Cloud)
Experience configuring purchasing, AP, supplier management, receiving, and tax rules
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end procurement and accounts payable processes
Ability to write functional documentation including specifications, test scripts, and design documents
Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills with stakeholders

Bonus Points If:

Experience with Oracle Procure‑to‑Pay process optimization
Familiarity with Oracle Financials beyond the P2P modules
Experience working with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, or broader Oracle Cloud application development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in dynamic delivery environments
Skills in Oracle Procure‑to‑Pay or Oracle Financials

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
