At Mercy St. Louis, our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a place of hope, healing, and heart. With an average daily census of 88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants. Our team is proud to deliver compassionate, expert care in one of the region’s most advanced NICUs.


Now Hiring: Experienced NICU RNs
Shift: Full-time/Nights

Position Details:

🎓 What You’ll Gain:

  • Shift differential pay for night shifts
  • Day-one benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • RN to BSN Bridge Program – up to $16,000 in support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
  • Experience: NICU
  • License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact state
  • Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
