Physical Therapist Assistant

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on rehabilitative care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings across Hawaii. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document patient progress, and educate patients and families.
