Full job description

Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting storage, retrieval, and organization of physical records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist

Location: Northborough, MA

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Shift: 07:00:AM - 03:30:PM

What's the Job?

  • Process orders and move boxes of files, books, and backup tapes
  • Manually lift, carry, and organize storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Track and document inventory using proprietary computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage environment ensuring safety standards are met

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in physical or warehouse tasks
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good reading and writing skills in English
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
