Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership across its patient-centered care settings. The Lead Sonographer performs complex exams, ensures optimal image quality, and collaborates with radiologists and providers to support accurate diagnoses. This role oversees daily workflow, mentors and trains sonographers, and promotes a culture of safety, compassion, and inclusion. The position supports continuous learning, process improvement, and the use of advanced imaging technologies to enhance outcomes for diverse patient populations across Georgia.
