In this role, you will conduct, validate, and troubleshoot a wide range of diagnostic tests, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of results. You will operate and maintain advanced analyzers, follow stringent quality control and regulatory standards, and assist with method validation and instrumentation upgrades. The Senior Medical Technologist will mentor junior staff, collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a professional, patient-centered environment committed to excellence and integrity.
