Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Coverage area includes Clinton County, MI and surrounding communities
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard mileage rate
• Travel within an hour radius of the general coverage hub may be expected based on referrals
