Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in bottling and production, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: 3131 River Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45204

Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00/hour (Based on shift and assignment.)

Shift:
  • 1st Shift 7:00 am – 7:30 pm. 2-2-3 Rotation
  • 2nd Shift (3PM - 11PM, Monday - Friday)
  • 3rd Shift (11PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday)

What's the Job?

  • Operate production and packaging equipment to meet daily manufacturing goals
  • Support bottling and manufacturing operations to ensure continuous workflow
  • Supply production lines with materials, including forklift operation when necessary
  • Perform quality checks and document inspection results accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
  • Stand-up forklift experience required for forklift-based roles
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) for shipping/receiving roles
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 12-hour schedules
