Responsible for providing expert solution knowledge, recommended implementation and maintenance best practices, and process design representing their domain of expertise

Team Lead and Solution Architect

As the Solution Architect & Team Lead for TheraOffice, you’ll lead and mentor a team while partnering directly with outpatient therapy clients to successfully implement and optimize their solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted consultant, helping clients design effective workflows, navigate system changes and enhancements, troubleshoot challenges, and build the knowledge they need to be successful. You’ll manage client relationships and expectations throughout the engagement, providing guidance across the full solution, including intake, documentation, billing, reporting, and ongoing system needs. In addition to your client responsibilities, you’ll coach and guide the consulting team, oversee project delivery, support escalated issues, and help strengthen consistent implementation practices across the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, client partnership, technical problem-solving, and process improvement while helping shape how the TheraOffice team continues to evolve.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise during client engagements to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits.
  • Responsible for guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Act as a primary consultant for the client’s solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support.
  • Seek to resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise during installation, operation, maintenance or testing.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery meets goals of engagement.
  • Coach, mentor and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TheraOffice implementation portfolio, including project tracking, resource capacity, prioritization, and delivery progress.
  • Establish and maintain consistent processes, reporting, and operational standards to improve visibility into implementation performance and team capacity.
  • Drive adoption of tools, technology, and AI-enabled solutions that improve team efficiency, standardize workflows, and streamline implementation activities.
  • Support the ongoing development of the team through regular coaching, knowledge sharing, and implementation best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 4 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience
  • At least 1 year of project management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams
  • Ability to document and present architecture concepts, often narrowing complex ideas to a single overview
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions
  • Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

Preferred

  • At least 2 years Netsmart EHR solution work experience
  • Preferred experience working with physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and/or speech-language pathology (SLP) organizations.

 


Expectations

  • Travel expected up to 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any require
