Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation within our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and provide ADL, mobility, and cognitive retraining to maximize independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in the EHR.
